WIOA Dislocated Worker
For laid-off workers and recently separated veterans(within the last 48 months)
- Have you been terminated, laid off, or recently separated from the US Armed Forces, eligible for (or exhausted) unemployment compensation and unlikely to return to your previous industry/occupation?
- Have you been terminated, laid off, recently separated from the US Armed Forces or have received a notice of termination or lay off, and have been employed for a minimum of 6 weeks, but not eligible for UC due to insufficient earnings and are unlikely to return to your previous industry or occupation?
- Have you been terminated or laid off or have received a notice of termination or layoff, from employment as a result of permanent closure or substantial layoff at a plant, facility, or enterprise?
- Has your employer made a general announcement that the facility will close within 180 days?
